Situation

Our client, a leader in financial process automation, procurement, and asset management services, experienced rapid growth fueled by acquisitions and heightened market demand. This surge led to fluctuating hiring needs that put considerable strain on their recruiting budget. Without an internal talent acquisition department, the organization relied predominantly on external agencies for staffing. To address these challenges, they sought a solution that would provide continuity, reduce costs, and deliver consistent results without the need to build an in-house recruiting team. Solution

Advanced RPO established a comprehensive, end-to-end recruiting function for the client, including the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) where none previously existed. Our solution encompassed all corporate and operational roles, from non-exempt to exempt positions. We designed a scalable recruiting process that adapted to their hiring needs, increasing from 30 hires per year to nearly three times that number. During the COVID-19 downturn, our pay-for-performance model helped the client avoid unnecessary recruiting costs.
