Situation

Our client, a Fortune 500 company with distribution centers and retail locations nationwide, faced significant challenges in attracting and retaining talent within their distribution facilities. Staffing shortages led to inconsistent inventory levels, which adversely affected store operations. Local HR teams were tasked with recruitment but lacked the necessary expertise and support during critical hiring challenges, while corporate HR was unable to provide the needed assistance. Initially, Advanced RPO was engaged to address excess recruitment needs for one distribution facility.
